Have a question or facing an issue? We’re here to help.

Follow these steps to get in touch with our support team:

  1. Already a Member?
    If you’re a member, log in and go to https://app.barnumpt.com/support to create a support ticket. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

  2. Spotted a Bug?
    If you’ve found a bug, log in and visit https://app.barnumpt.com/report/new to report it. We’ll notify you by email once the bug is fixed so you can check it out.

  3. Not a Member?
    If you’re not a member, you can still reach us by emailing support@barnumpt.com with your questions. 

We have a small team so you may have to wait 24-72 hours for a response.
