Manage Your Screenshots

If you’ve taken tons of Full page, Section, and Viewport screenshots, managing them is a breeze with BarnumPT. Here’s how to organize and keep track of all the inspiration you’ve captured from around the web.

Access Your Screenshots

1. Open the BarnumPT Extension
   Click the Hat icon in your browser toolbar to open the BarnumPT extension. Then, click the Open button.

   

2. Navigate to the Screenshots Section
   On the sidebar, click on Screenshots to view every screenshot you’ve taken.

Managing Your Screenshots

Once inside the Screenshots section, you can:

• Search by Website Domain
  Quickly locate specific screenshots by entering the website domain in the search bar.

• Navigate Pages
  Use the next and previous buttons to browse through your collection.

• Hover for a Preview
  Hover over any screenshot to get a quick preview before taking further action.

• Bulk Actions
  Select one or multiple screenshots to:

  
  • Delete them
  • Move to a folder for better organization
  • Download all selected screenshots as a .ZIP file

3. Click the Actions Button
   For additional options, click the Actions button to move screenshots to folders, delete them, or download them.

Organize with Folders

You can move one or more screenshots into a folder for quick access, organizing them alongside your other assets like images and color palettes. This way, BarnumPT helps you capture and organize all your inspiration from the web in one place.
