Organizing your screenshots in BarnumPT is quick and easy!

Once you’ve taken screenshots, you can save them to any folder for easy access and inspiration. Let’s walk through how to manage and organize your screenshots effectively. 

 


 

How to Add Screenshots to a Folder

Here’s how you can move your screenshots into a folder in just a few steps:

  1. Go to Your Screenshots
    Navigate to your Screenshots section inside BarnumPT. Here, you’ll see a list of all the screenshots you’ve captured.

  2. Select One or Multiple Screenshots
    Next to each screenshot, you’ll see a checkbox. Simply check the box next to the screenshots you want to move. You can select one or multiple screenshots at a time!

  3. Click the Action Button
    Once you’ve selected your screenshots, click the Action button. From the dropdown menu, choose Move to Folder.

  4. Choose a Folder
    You’ll be prompted to select a folder. Choose the folder where you’d like to save your screenshots, then confirm.

 


 

Viewing Your Screenshots in the Folder

Once your screenshots are saved to a folder, you can view them by:

  1. Go to the Folder
    Navigate to the folder where you saved your screenshots.

  2. Open the Screenshots Tab
    Inside the folder, click on the Screenshots tab to see all the screenshots you’ve added to that folder.

  3. Open in the Image Viewer
    Click on any screenshot to open it in the Image Viewer, where you can further manage it (download, delete, etc.).
