Organizing Your Content

BarnumPT provides several tools for keeping your content organized as your library grows.

Content Drawers

Each content type (Funnels, Emails, Blogs, Lessons, etc.) has a content drawer in the sidebar. Open it to see all your saved items for that type.

Folders

Organize your content into custom folders:

  1. Open the content drawer for any type (e.g., Funnels)
  2. Create a new folder
  3. Move content items into folders
  4. Navigate between folders to find what you need

Searching

Each content drawer includes a search bar:

  • Type a name or keyword to filter your content
  • Results update as you type
  • Search works across all items in the current content type

Sorting

Content can be sorted by:

  • Date — Newest or oldest first
  • Name — Alphabetical order

Duplicating Content

To create a copy of existing content:

  1. Find the item in the content drawer
  2. Click the duplicate option
  3. A copy is created that you can rename and modify independently

Deleting Content

To remove content you no longer need:

  1. Find the item in the content drawer
  2. Click the delete option
  3. Confirm the deletion

Pagination

If you have many items, the content drawer uses pagination to keep things manageable. Navigate between pages to browse your full library.
